Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Small quantity accepted. We would like to support new custom for first trial. Develop together.
Can I get a sample for check?
Yes, just need sample cost and shipment cost, after testing, then arrange the production.
What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 5-7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment depends on the products and quantity. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
Could you sign the NDA?
Yes, we can sign the NDA with our clients for protecting their goods and project.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment to our bank account by T/T:
50% deposit in advance, 50% balance before shipping(we will send the photos and videos of the goods for checking). We also accept L/C, Western Union, Paypal, Credit/Debit Card. Others can be negotiated.

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We will use the Shock bubble film and foam to protect goods at first, then use the 5 layers sturdy carton, sometimes it also need the wooden case.
How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest for samples and small quantity. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.
How about the transportation type?
1. Shipping by express: DHL, EMS, TNT, FedEx, UPS and other special line.
2. Shipping by air: please inform the airport in your city.
3. Shipping by sea: please inform your nearest seaport.
